Where does my money go?
We pride ourselves on transparency with where your money goes, and as such each of our programs is different and we will happily give you an exact breakdown for the program you have booked so you can make sure your money is going to where it should be.
Is there a 24 hour emergency line?
We have an emergency line monitored 24/7 by highly trained and qualified staff in emergency response and risk management, and so any emergency no matter how large or small means we will be there every step of the way.
Will I get a mentor?
This is one of the things that we feel is a must for maximising your learning potential whilst on your program and so we have taken very special care to provide you with a specialised and dedicated mentor with a formalised structure for each program that we offer.
Where will my internship be?
Your internship placement will depend on your skills and experience and your own personal aspirations for what you are wanting to get out of the program, so we will work with you to ensure you are placed at an opportunity that best suits you. This is your time to shine and be a trailblazer.
Are meals included?
In order to promote flexibility and keep our fees as cost effective as possible meals have not been included but we will assist you with cheap and awesome food options for your stay! We mostly cook together or head out and eat at any of the incredible places available next to our campuses.
Will I be taken to my placement each day?
If you have booked onto our housing program yes it will!
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my space?
We have made a deposit option available to make it that bit easier for booking onto one of our programs, and we’ve even made the deposit amount refundable for up to 2 weeks after you’ve booked if you change your mind! This amount to secure your spot is GBP250 or USD350.
Is this deposit refundable?
Yes this deposit is refundable for up to 2 weeks after payment as long as there still 6 weeks before your start date. This gives you a chance to learn everything you want to know about our programs and organisation and speak to our specialists, whilst also securing your space, so it takes the risk away and we know that things can change!
Will I get met and collected at the airport upon arrival?
Our Evolve Abroad staff will meet and collect you at your arrival airport, we know how daunting it can be touching down in a new country and so a friendly face will be there to pick you up and take it from there!
Will I get support before I depart?
You will indeed, it’s what we specialise in – getting you prepared! You will get comprehensive pre-departure support once you have been accepted onto one of our programs and will be allocated a specialist for that program to help you prepare specifically for your trip. We will help you get everything organised to ensure you are 100% ready to embark on your venture with us.
Are there Evolve staff on the ground to assist me during my stay?
Yes of course! We have highly qualified and trained staff who will be supporting you throughout your entire journey on the program on the ground, from your arrival in-country to your mentorship throughout all the way through to your program reflection and your Evolve graduation!
Will I be formally introduced to my partner organization?
Yes you will be formally introduced and provided with a detailed job description with clear objectives for your placement.
